Experience

Work and education, with what each actually involved.

Engineering and consulting roles first, then the retail jobs that paid for school, then education, certifications, and skills. A one-page PDF is at the bottom.

01Work

  1. Apr 2024 – now

    Senior Consultant

    Protiviti, Technology ConsultingDallas, TX

Joined as a Technology Consultant and promoted to Senior Consultant in June 2026. The work centers on automation that produces evidence.

    • Created an automated test suite framework adopted across the team's automation efforts, spanning four different tools.
    • Extended that framework to evaluate an agent-to-agent AI system on Azure. Every run is recorded to detect statistical outliers in model used and compute time; Azure's built-in agent-quality library is being integrated.
    • Developed a Python-based automated test suite in Jenkins to validate API calculations.
    • Led the Managed Business Solution team, resolving five tickets per hour against a benchmark of one.
    • Built working relationships with clients, management, and peers that shortened turnaround on shared workflows.
  2. Sep 2025 – Jun 2026

    Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist

    Veradermics

A parallel role in clinical research recruitment, held alongside consulting.

    • Recognized as one of the team's top performers in participant recruitment.
    • Managed participant outreach and enrollment workflows in the TrialBee platform.
    • Quadrupled the expected outreach volume per hour relative to team targets, and maximized conversion of first contact into confirmed enrollment.

05Skills

Written as prose on purpose. The tiers are my own honest assessment.

Expert. Python, AWS, and Git. Python is the language everything else gets glued together with, from Jenkins test suites to the Azure evaluation framework.

Experienced. Azure, MySQL, C++, Java, and Jenkins. The C++ comes from firmware work at Crestron; Azure and Jenkins from Protiviti.

Skillful. JavaScript, PyTorch, and Linux.

Security. Formally, new: the Georgia Tech coursework began in August 2026. Informally, it has been running through the testing and validation work for years. The JSON-schema validation library, the API calculation checks, and the outlier detection in the evaluation framework are all controls on data integrity and system behavior.

Also. Clinical trial recruitment and the TrialBee platform, customer-facing communication, documentation across multiple tracking systems, ServiceNow, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
